Who we are
Venten runs tennis events for GPs, LPs and family offices. This site hosts Venten's internal CRM, which is used only by the Venten team.
Google sign-in
We use Google sign-in only to confirm who you are. From your Google account we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We do not request access to your email, calendar, files or any other Google data.
Access is limited to an allowlist of team email addresses. If your address is not on the list, sign-in is refused and nothing about you is stored.
What we store
- A signed session cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 14 days. It holds your name, email address and profile picture link.
- The CRM records the team enters: sponsor companies, contacts, events and guest lists, with a log of who changed what.
We use no advertising or analytics cookies.
Sharing
We do not sell or share this information. It is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes it on our behalf.
